How far in advance should we book? 

I recommend that you book as soon as you have confirmed your date and venue. I take on a set number of weddings each year to make sure that I give you the time and attention that your wedding deserves. I generally have bookings a year to two years in advance. 

How do we make a booking? 

You can send me an email via the contact page filling in your details and wedding date, then I can confirm if I am available for your chosen date. Next I will send you my package list for you to look over and then if you are happy to continue I will arrange to meet with you to show you my portfolio and samples. If after this you wish to make a confirmed booking, I will confirm the details with you and send you an invoice and contract. A £150 deposit is required to secure the date. 

What is your approach on the wedding day? 

I would describe my wedding photography style as natural relaxed and fun. I like to include a mix of reportage photography with couples portraits, group shots and details, all together giving you the best view of your day. Please do  check out my gallery selection on the wedding page for lots of recent photographs. 

What if it rains on the day? 

The one thing you have no control over is the weather. If  possible I will meet you at the venue a few weeks before the date of the wedding so we can see how it is going to look on the day and identify locations for photographs should the weather be so poor that we can't get out at all. 

How many photographs do we get? 

For the packages that include a USB I don't limit how many photos that I give you,  you can expect anywhere from 100-500 photo's depending on the length of the coverage. 

How long will it take to get our photographs?

I aim to have all the images edited and up into your online gallery within four to six weeks of the wedding. If you have a book included in your package I will then ask you to pick your favourite photos in the gallery so that I can base the design of your book on these. I endeavour to have all products included in your package out to you within four months of the wedding. 

Can our family and friends buy prints or view the photos? 

All images are placed in a password protected online gallery. If you give your family and friends the link and password they will be able to view your images and purchase any that they would like. 

Do your prices include travel?

Yes Packages One to three include mileage up to a 100 mile round trip and packages four to five include mileage up to a 40 mile round trip. Mileage over and above this is charged at 45 pence per mile. 

If your wedding involves me travelling further afield and an overnight stay then this will be worked out as part of your package.

Do you have back up equipment? 

Yes! I have a spare everything. 

Do you have business insurance?

Yes I have Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Cover.
